If you wish to delete your Pitchlane account, please follow these steps:
Cancel Subscriptions and Remove Content:
1.) Start by cancelling any active subscriptions. To find out how to cancel your subscription follow this guide: How to Cancel Your Subscription
2.) Once you've canceled your subscription, you have the option to delete your campaigns. Begin by choosing the campaign you wish to remove. Then, navigate to the settings and select "Delete Campaign."
Request Full Deletion
In order to have your account fully deleted, you will need to contact support. When you contact support please state that you would like your account deleted. You can contact support in the following ways:
