You will have your credits for the remainder of your subscription but they only rollover if you have an active subscription. All videos you render before the end of your subscription will remain hosted for 30 days. Alternatively, you can keep all your credits by downgrading.
Why are you doing this? This is frustrating?
We've had to take this course of action to prevent abuse of our free trial and pricing model that is credit-based. Unfortunately to preserve our company's longevity this has been necessary to not dedicate budget to storing or rendering outreach videos for users who are not contributing to Pitchlane financially.
