1.) Export your Pitchlane Videos as a CSV File
2.) Navigate to Uptics, and open the Contacts page. Select the plus button the top right.
3.) Select "Import Records"
4.) Select, "Yes" to does your file have a header row?
5.) Upload your Pitchlane CSV file
6.) Select, "People"
7.) Map the fields accordingly. Ensure the field, "thumbnailEmbed" is mapped as a custom value.
8.) Select "Import"
9.) Return to the contacts screen and ensure they have all been uploaded correctly.
10.) Create a new sequence
11.) Select "Build from Scratch"
12.) Add a new email sequence action.
13.) Craft your outreach message selecting the "Merge" button in the bottom left to import your lead data.
14.) Insert your Pitchlane video by implementing the "thumbnailEmbed" custom field. Note: If it does not appear and you added the custom field, refresh the page. There sometimes is a delay on Uptics between fields being created and them being available for use.
15.) Select "Sequence Options" and configure your sequences to your specifications.
16.) Select your leads in Enrollment Tab
17.) Hit save and turn on your sequence!
